Brett you found the pics lol they were the best burgers I had ever made lol.

I could loose the weight quickly but its tricky, loose it too quick you can start to feel weak, not what you want when your training every day.

I'm out, i just realised I am on standby. I cannot re arrange either as its already been re aranged so I can go on a long weekend to Cronwall the following weekend. Murphy's fricken law!

I'll see some of you at the Avon weekend instead.

It's touch and go for me, that's the week I plan to insure the mini, so funds may be a bit scarce, I will let you know before the 18th though.
