Great go for it. It is easily reversible, not as if you are chopping it up to fit sportspack arches and 13's. And may hopefully lead to the car being used often.

Make it easier on yourself to get it to fit under the bonnet, use an auto subframe and 6mm shims between engine mounts, then re drill the bolt holes
