Preston On The Brook

Fit a standard Mini sandwich plate under the thermostat housing, but make sure you leave the thermostat sitting in the head.

Scratch that. I'm now confused with all the pictures you have posted up as to what is already fitted to your engine.

The one with the blue hoses is my housemates I was using it to comapre the bottom hose Idea

ok, is the mini sandwich plate different to the metro one? What size pipe is it off of the sandwich plate, as I was going to use an 8mm pipe from the turbo?

minispares says its a 15mm bore I can easily get a 15 - 8mm reducer.
