there are classes for pre 1985 cars - this would be perfect

Love it.

I find it frustrating though that back then it was capable of 240+hp and even the gpa metros were 200+ but yet we have shit loads tec with new fancy turbos etc but we dont seam to have moved forward.
Yes yes , i no we have but theres still loads trying to get near 200bhp and yes some have but theres loads more that havent.

I love to see it restored back to former glory

im not sure on the metros power claims, but this thing would easily do it, purely down to the choice of fuel, dont want in any way to sound like im talking down the achievement on this car, but its easy to make lots and lots of power on methanol.
