Thanks for all the help :). I have ordered most of the bits required and have spent most of last night and this morning on the trigger wheels website, I am hoping to get a new gasket on at the weekend and get the sensor bracket fitted as well. The engine came with a trigger wheel fitted and bracket supplied as well, just need to check its fitted to piston 1 TDC as per the website .

Looks like I have some more work to do before I can enjoy the extra power. Once set up on rollers etc is it safe to run at 10 - 12 psi ? I noticed you mentioned 16 psi Steve, is his just to set it up or can it be run up to that ? .

Cheers again :)

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

16 PSI is fine but for the road its a little brutal to say the least for everyday use, if you have a lead foot

Why not go 2 stage boost 12 and 16 for the chavs say ... get the car set up for 16 and then it will be fine on 12.

This is a must go to a rolling road Guy who is higley recommended by the gents on here . ... nothing less!

Just read this and as mentioned earlier it's 55 ft/lb not 55nm

You have only been torquing to 40 ft/lbs you were down nearly 30% on required value.
