With oil pressure that high, you may need a restrictor in the oil line to the turbo.

Check you have one before taking the engine out.

Yes you did john its the intermittent part thats throwing a curve ball aswell as a good compression

the last symptom,
dont think i have been getting the exhaust hot enough been out for an hour or so tonight with benny the smoking stopped completely for half hour, it wasnt untill after i let it idle for 10 mins that it started smoking again but only till 3rd gear then non at all untill i let it idle down 5mins on the drive

doesnt smoke at all on idle only when rev/ pulling away after idling
the exhaust is coming off in a week got a full turbo back 3" system for it might take turbo off and inspect it while im there ( week off work)
