Don't sell it. Looks a tidy motor. Mines been in the garage for a few months now, put it away until you get some motivation! |

welshdan what other gaskets do i need as ive ordered the same kit lol as with the turbo head gasket sets they come with a big round one that looks like its for the compressor housing , do i need that ?

Think the compressort housing seal is included? Other gaskets that might be needed are turbo to manifold gaskett, wastegate gasket. Mine hasnt arrived yet but going to give it a good look over when it does. You will also need some very small circlip pliers. Stripped my t3 last night, go carefull as a lot of the bolts are siezed solid and you cant get a ring spanner or socket on many of them, especially the exhaust turbibe housing bolts. |

Make sure that you have access to a set of very small circlip pliers to get the main bearing circlips out |

hi mate, just to let you know that this was straight forward in the end. just waiting for a couple more parts to arrive so that i can get it all back together (need a wastgate and some gaskets etc). cheers, dan |

turbos done but it still smokes now mainly on overrun so will send the head to slark in a couple of weeks for new guides:/ |
