OK so going back to this

Scenario A has 15psi pushing the diaphragm seat closed.

Scenario B has 5psi pushing the diaphragm seat closed.

and to add, the seat area is pretty much bang on 1" squared

So the dv top goes into the same place as the boost gauge reads from and the mega jolt reads from? All 3 into 1?

The way I see it is it goes actuator -> bleed valve leg 1.
Bleed valve leg 2 goes to atmosphere and bleed valve leg 3 goes back to the turbo inlet housing nipple.
