go careful and take your time knocking the bump out of the timing cover for for chain clearence. if you go crazy you could knock the cover out of shape and end up with a massive oil leak where it wont seal flush with the timing backplate

I didn't use a hammer on mine, I simply gave it a northern stare and it shit itself into shape!

All done now, engine turns over fine, in the end it was the problem with the two bolts on the duplex timing chain side that holds the crank, needed countersunk ones in there and needed to take the bump out in the cover.

Just want to thanks to everyone for their help

I do hope you loctited them in.

When I forgot, one came loose and broke the cam chain.

Bet thats got you a bit paranoid now?

I defiantly did loctite them, so should be ok.
