With the head off the engine it is 'just' possible to lift it off the box single handed - but much easier with a m8. Engine can be changed in a few hours this way.

mines a punch bag mount on the wall, it has a welded ring on the end of an arm, perfect for attatching the pulleys, era1275 has a photo he might be able to put it up here
