Well checked the CCTV.

I sent a member of staff home at 1am as we were quiet, this person has hated me form the start as I was brought in to keep an eye on her and to put a stop to her trying to run the the place, which the last manager let her do.
She has tried everything to get rid of me, even asking all the staff to sign a prtishion to sack me and reinstate the last manager, she knows every trick in the book and is very sly which is why we have to be careful when sacking her.

All you can see is her going to her car, turning her lights on ( which dazzle the camera) then the car sits there for 3 minutes before leaving.

In this time you can see what looks like flashes from a led tourch coming from out of frame where my car is. I gave her the tourch you can see the light bouncing off other cars.

I'm passing on the CCTV to the police, I haven't told anyone at work and I've just carried on as normal, until I can get are legal team in.

God I want to kick her in the cunt!

Ps I timed the tyres to see how long it took to get to that pressure and it fits

well, while I can see the frustration, I wouldn't rush into personal 'reclamation of the debt'. All i've found or seen in the past is you end up being the person in the dock.

Having said all that, the police wouldn't stand a chance of conviction if you presented them with the culprit caught in the act and a full confession.........

its from the bible, my mother used to say it to me when i was young. its not about retaliating, its about being good to other poeple, for you would wish people to be good to you. shes been bad to me, one day someone may be bad to her. every action i have put in place is legal.
