Chop the block or get some 6"rods seem he route most people take.
I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

Hmm... Do you guys think that the k1100 head is necessary for a short stroke motor ? I must say mine is fuel injected (ms3x) and also turbocharged

Probably time for a bit of an update, however if using a k1100 head definitely go for the 6" rod to ensure adequate bite for the head studs.

Cool mate good luck with the build... I'm still deciding whether to go for the k1100 head or the simple 5-port setup. |

Any progress done minimole ? Since then I bought the k1100 head, dry decked it, machined the upper adapter plate and now choosing what stroke to run and the pistons to fit. |
