I have asked the compan that were advertising on eBay in the uk if they can match the price we have been given.

Ok the dealer has thrown their toys out as I was asking the bloke on eBay to match it, so won't offer any discount. They must have talked So rrp only sorry guys I did try.

I found out that it was a uk dealer network and they are trying to hold the price that got the guy in the us to back down however, I don't think that we could have got enough people together and then the risk of the import duty was large at this amount.

Ok I have ordered one with a sensor .. Will we what it's like however, after the ussue I caused him today maybe he will post a turd?

Tbh the postage was only $33 so not much saving... Plus I have to take the risk on the import duty, two would defo push it over that.

I was going to hide it under the guages but then thought if you have one you ned it in your eye line... the bracket is a bit out of place but its not bad in the flesh

Ok might not be until the weekend. The car is running a little rough whilst I get to grips with the sc software, until I can get it to the rolling road on the 29th.
The bloke inthe us was good worked out I got the sensor and wiring for free as I didn't get any import duty. The bloke in the uk isthe one who caused all of the issues, well after he found out I was dealing with the USA.

I've managed to get a deal for 5 units inc sensors kit @ £140 each. This is from the UK distributor to 1 address. There would also be a £5 extra for me to post them out. Anybody interested. I'll probibly take 2.

So, what are the actual reviews on this thing like? I have heard Roberts review of a similar, but ultimately different unit - but how does this one perform?
A quick google finds them for sale, but not much feedback on them.

Does anyone know what are the limitations on bringing back 5 of these in a suitcase for example if you was flying back from America?

*Also, how does the knock sensor connect to the unit itself, is it a standard connection or special connection?*

Wiring looks pretty straight forward.
