Ok the missus spent an hour on the phone today to EE and got nowhere! Apparently all masts in our area are showing green so were not eligible for a booster box! Not their fault apparently, didn't want to know!

Tell them that you consider the lack of service to be breach of contract and as such you are going to cease paying their monthly charges. I bet that will wake them up a bit.
