So when clutch pedal is at rest position, does the arm and any free movement seem normal ?

I do think i found the problem. Those 3 flat plates that are bolted on the flywheel and hold the pressure plate on the back.. aren't those supposed to stand away from the flywheel when in rest? Now they lay flat up against it. you can do anything if you set your mind to it...

The drive straps should be parallelish from the backplate to underneath the diaphragm if i remember correctly, should be two each corner making a total of 6 and shouldnt touch the flywheel, is the clutch plate in the correct way round? Wel thats a good question that I'm going to look into next week. Finally worked out how the clutch works. Also reasambled the flywheel "wok" and made out it has about 2 mm play in the pivot point and 1 mm in the ball end.. wich is allot for a system that leaves almost no margin of error. . . you can do anything if you set your mind to it...
