I have the lean off issue too, just at the clutch biting point the mixture goes lean and the engine is weak sauce at this point. A rev and dump of the clutch gets you over this but sounds like your a bit of a learner. On 7th Nov, 2008 Nic said:

Must be a common issue then mine seams to go very lean on lift off, is this normal? And what's an acceptable figure to see on my afr gauge at idle as I know mines lean Edited by jamiestevenbell on 2nd Jun, 2014. |

Mines connected so will try it both ways and see what the outcome is.....

My lean off was connected, I blocked it to see but no difference. Mine goes lean enough to go off the scale on the wideband. If I polish the needle to try and get a bit more fuel in that area it gets a bit too rich at idle. I thought it might be caused by an intake manifold leak so was going to investigate that plus play around with dash pot springs and damper oil weights. On 7th Nov, 2008 Nic said:
