well a teacher in school once told me she was fat because of a gland problem so I suggested she got the gland on the front of her face stitched up and it would be a good start to loosing weight she did not find it as funny as I did :$

i've lost about 5 stone so far since last xmas, stuck to a diet really well for the first 3 months and was losing a stone a month but then got bored with it.
