I think im guna drill and tap the manifold that seems to make sense il let you guys know what the outcome is.

Honestly just change the pipe to start with to eliminate that, anything other than silicone will just collapse.. and obviously dont drill and tap with it on

I know it's been a while but thought I would update with the fix :) as was suggested by a few of you guys it was the wrong take off from the carb. Instead I have taken the vacume from we're the servo takeoff come from in the middle of the manifold. It works a treat now and I have the noise I have always wanted since I was a kid :) il try get a vid up soon

Haha yeah I have been working away on my placement year so haven't had much time back in Bristol to work in the car :/ although since then i have fitted coilovers, few new additions to the cage, some fibre glass seats and pedal bias box :)
