Don't think you would get that kind of service from many other suppliers.

Impressive from Minispares.

How old were the gears ? How many miles on them ?

9.85 @ 145mph
202mph standing mile
speed didn't kill me, but taxation probably will

I am very impressed, which is why I like minispares. They seem to deal with quality issues unlike others.

The gears were brand new, the coating was defective so only lasted 300 miles before wearing out the baulkrings. Then obviously took out a 2nd set once they had been fitted.

Did they say any others would be defective?

How did the competition baulk rings do?

I'm having same issue on rebuilt box and was quite common knowledge that there was a bad batch of baulk rings circulating few years ago, intrigued to see if these competition ones rectified the issue?

Cheers

I've done about 200 miles so far, and touch wood we're still ok. (Definately cursed it now)

When was it you originally brought your gear set?

End of 2013.

A visual inspection of the moly surface should confirm of its correctly applied or not.
