whats the requested pressure when its dropping? like i say not familiar with the ecoboost setups.

if its like 1 bar either side of 100 id say thats within tolerance, if its 1 bar either side of 60 seems a little scetchy. you could try upping requested pressure under full throttle see if the deviation remains the same but overall pressure increases? that way you know the pumps are all ok.

I think it was dropping from 160bar or so , I shall have another look into it when I get back from Laguna next week

So it's fixed there is a pulsation damper in the fuel line to the Hp pump, that must have been restricting flow
