peersonally i found the normal race type ex valve struggled to cope with the extreme heat in my middle two cylinders and after a season would become concave by going soft and being pulled up into the head, so i now use the thicker rimflow, ,

why no have an exhaust manifold from it too?? Martin Hadland ( Reyland Motorsport )'s new Escort has its exhaust manifold and system made from the stuff. And you think a few exhaust valves will be expensive !!!!!! There's an article on it in this months Fast Ford. 9.85 @ 145mph
