i personally wouldnt expect the likes of TD, giallofly and miniwilliams etc to divulge all of there secrets it took time and developement to get where theyve got, why should they tell us everything.
im quite amazed at how much info on this site people do actually share and how much help is offered ive never seen a foroum/community thats so open/helpful.
i do a lot of looking on this site and dont tend to give much, thats not coz im copy7ing any1s spec and not giving anything away ive just not got much to give (this is proven in the fact ive probably got the slowest turbo around)

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

But people on here often give more than knowledge which i think is fairly unique for a forum.

There are people on here barely know each other that are more than willing to lend a hand at events, on weekends etc and thats what helps make the site what it is.

You get a bit on other forums but this tends to be more people who have known each other a fair while.

Carl, you help out especially providing a bit of entertainment at avon after a few beers then again who doesnt!!

Its fairly easy to do took me about fifteen minutes with the correct tools!!

I started doing it with a die-grinder and 1" stone, but realised all i was doing was getting a taper. I then gave up and took it to a machine shop and had it milled to the correct diameter!

I just used the die grinder with a metal cutting bit dont know the proper name!! then just measured with verniers and some inside calipers. not 100% smooth but neither was the casting before so not really worried.
