Cheers chaps. Im gradually compiling a decent picture of what i need to get my engine to perform to the level i want. I just wish i had the room for an intercooler. My final decision is to go for a CR of 8.3:1 with a boost level of 12-15psi. unless anyone can see a reason to go against this???? From looking at the efficiency maps for the M45 and throwing in a few guestimates i think the efficiency will be around 60%. |
