How much just to machine a pulley Tom? I have already got the bracket.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

These are still available, brackets are made and on the shelf ready to go, as Brett correctly says, you need to send us your pulley, which we will then machine and send back to you.

I've had a few enquiries recently about these, asking if they are still available. The answer is a definite "YES" they are still available.

Cost now due to various price increases on material, postage etc, are

Pulley £40 inc post
Bracket £60 inc post
Pulley and Bracket £100 inc post

Thanks
Tom

Good news as I'll be needing another set soon enough.

As a bit more clarification;

We take your A+ damper bottom pulley and machine the 36-1 trigger pattern in it. Therefore you need to send in the pulley for us to machine and send back to you.
The missing tooth is positioned so that along with the bracket it presents the missing tooth 90 deg before TDC (this is the common setup for crank trigger in many ECU's, and also what the MegaJolt requires).
The bracket is TIG welded stainless steel. It is a direct bolt on fit to the A+ front plate/timing cover. It uses the Ford sensor from a crossflow Fiesta/Escort.
The idea in the beginning was to provide a simple bolt on solution for people without fabrication skill and equipment who want a decent crank trigger installation.
I haven't tried it but I dare say the sensor bracket is probably strong and rigid enough that you could lift the engine up with it. (no prizes for anyone that tries this and breaks it!!!)

King Gaycharger, butt plug dealer, Sheldon Cooper and a BAC but generally a niceish fella if you dont mind a northerner

Rotherham, South Yorkshire

For those that haven't seen them, the bracket is visible in this picture:

We found it to be much better quality, and, most importantly, much more stable than the other one we tried before it.

It's not one of Tom's machined pulleys, but it's similar.

Got a pulley on my shelf waiting to be sent up to you Tom, I haven't forgot but things keep getting in the way of me doing it.

Should have your PM with the details of where it needs to be sent still.

The place they need to go for machining has now changed (it is my house as I've now got a mill). PM me when you are ready to send it.

i'm sorry ,

but any mention of a mill (or any other sexonnastick machinery) requires a picture in the ''sexonnastick machinery'' section ,

see to it please forthwith !

Here is my mill, this was when it first arrived before I got it set up and working.

It is an Elliot Omnimill, horizontal and vertical heads, powered table traverse.
3phase so I bought a digital inverter to power it, luckily though the mill itself was free so the expensive inverter wasn't too much heartache to buy.

Here is my lathe, I think this has been pictured on here before, it is a Willson slant bed, converted to a single phase 2 hp motor.

Brackets wise, I have enough stuff to make about 15 at the moment, I can't see me running out any time just yet.
