Typical, glad Donnington got the GP from 2010.....just as Silverstone has the best race in years!

great race and the rain wasn't that bad looked worse on TV. Massa was Crap... him and webber both spun but webber started overtaking.. massa stayed at the back slower than a Force India. Lewis drove hard all race car was moving arround all of the time. IMO he did a great job.

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

Listening to the changes they need for Donington, might actually ruin the track. Great idea with fans financing the project.

Edit....Spelt Donington wrong. Sorry Tom *wink*

Donnington is not a suitable track for modern f1. We love it there for our historic f1s, it suits them down to the ground. But how much will the paddock have to grow to get Bernie's circus in is going to be silly!

So what do you think of this new Valencia track? Seems abit wide for a pucker street race. Nice to see not many run off areas. *wink*

I think it'll be entertaining. Did anyone see the GP2 boys yesterday?

Doesn't that normally mean lots of safety car action?

EDIT: Looks like I was wrong, luckily there were no safety cars.

I didn't see the gp2 race, but i heard from one of the blokes at Isport who i did some work for that lots of people ran out of fuel on their last lap, including their man Bruno Senna! Ooops! Race is a bit moderate, got the tele in my part of the workshop at work to watch it all.

Its a scary job that. I was lucky enough to take place in a pitstop practice when i was at Honda f1 on work experience. Its bad enough just pushing the car in and going through the motions without the pressure of a race situation.

It would appear that there was somekind of jamming trying to release the rig from the car after the fuel bloke had given the go ahead!

If it were ANY other team, the penalty against Massa would've been greater.

Also, re: the Raikkonen pit stop incident, it was clear to me there was no green light on his display board. Good job the guy's ok, looked nasty.

Fairplay to Raikkonen...he did stop rather sharpish, quick reactions.
The pit bloke looked as though his arm got caught up with the back wheel! Hope hes okay. Even last year, ferrari lost alot without Ross Brawn.

I think that was a rubbish penalty awarded to the wrong person. I personally believe that Massa was an innocent party (there is no way he could have seen Sutil) and it was Ferrari that was at fault for releasing him when they did, therefore Ferrari should have carried the penalty and whilst I'm on my soapbox it should have been constructors points not money.

Bring back the lollipop man is what I say.

Note, the above is totally my opinion, you're more than welcome to yours.

Looks like it was only Massa that was fined:

http://www.formula1.com/news/headlines/2008/8/8270.html

A massive 10,000 euros.
