I agree, (although i have 1000 miles on mine and its still not been on the rollers:$)

I think the initiall damage was done before rays, possibly due to the crank pulley being loose, and maybe a bit lean.

if your going to run the engine in before hand you must know the advance is safe and its not lean. A safe map is easy enogh to get, but really you want to have a WB in the exhaust.

think about if, if the crank pulley comes loose the timing figures go all over the place! as the trigger wheel isn't fixed where it should be.

Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

PMSL, cheers guys. Right after chatting to Matt im happy with the map. Its pay day so hoping to start the ball rolling. The timing pully is an easy fix, timing figures will be checked and double checked with MJ. A wideband will be used while running in.
Jason, next time I go You will pop up for a visit? sounds like your gonna come round next time I have a shit? lol.
Cheers again gents.

Cheers chaps, sorry to Hijack the thread! it's kinda relavent though if Shane hasn't decided which WB to buy yet!

Prices all seem about the same, though this is the best deal I've found so far: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Innovate-DB-Red-LED-...93%3A1|294%3A50

Bay has had the oil and water escapage from avon cleared up. Wide band lambda boss welded in, cables routed into car, waiting for a gague pod to complete. went for the Stack gague on Nics reccomendation.
