it was brilliant racing i thought, ace driving by both,

as for the tarmac excuse, kimi did exactly the same thing to try and get back past lewis,
they both cocked up a corner, lewis hit the grass then got back onto the track, whereas kimi went straight over the grass to the tarmac and used the extra grip to catch back up with lewis, he was off the track for way longer than was necessary,

o well, i couldnt believe how well Heidfeld did on wets, he was just cruising past everyone

Definitely boycotting F1 now, if enough people stop watching the sponsors will start putting pressure on the FIA.

Some of us had some money on a certain Mr. Vettel. Been watching him on the way up and had some money on him to come on the top 3 steps of the podium. Will have to wait and see!

Weird quali. Hope for a dry race tomorrow, looks like the top runners are in dry-setups!

Great drive from Vettel.

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

Brilliant to see Vettel win his first F1 race! To see an underdog team piss all over the Mclarens & Ferraris was awesome.
And the bloke has a personality unlike some of the others.

A well heeled jewish gentleman with outstanding motorsport credentials and a huge bank roll applied to join the FIA. Max was impressed and spoke to the jewish gentleman and asked wether he had been circumcised.
The gentleman confirmed he was to which Max replied "I am sorry we cannot accept you as we only allow in complete knobs!!

So Hamilton's appeal didn't go so well. He won't be re-instated as winner of Spa. It was indisputable that Hamilton gave he position back.
http://www.itv.com/News/Articles/Hamilton-...-396447451.html

I think I've finally stopped giving a shit about F1 now. I was an avid Ferrari fan for 10 years but with all this FIA favouritism, Luca Baldisserri making some decisions I can't understand and Mass not impressing me once but still, somehow, within a point of the championship I have stopped caring.

Is this decision the final nail in the coffin for anyone else?

It's getting close tbh, I can't not watch it though. The important point in this appeal business is the FIA 'misrepresentation'/email, how can they try to claim they're not trying to cover it up?

DC mentioned a few weeks ago about the idea of the FIA releasing all facts to do with any rule infringement to the media & public. We only seem to hear bits & pieces from biased views.
I would agree the rules are never consistant. :(

Sorry Jason I totally disagree with you there, there is only one rule and that is Ferrari must win the championship the FIA have been exceeding consistent at implementing it.

EDIT: Tongue firmly in cheek

Come on Rob....ITV is becoming the 'Lewis Hamilton' show! The media only tell us what the British public want to hear!

You noticed when ever Lewis doesn't make the podium the don't bother with the after show interviews! I think Vettel winning was a first time they did show it!

Watched the qualifying of the first night F1!
What a difference, you see lots of sparks, fire from the exhaust, glowing discs.........and with 24 corners.......a proper street course!
Awesome

Well i guess that most people chose the bed option instead of watching qualifying for Japan. I was drifting in and out of sleep and TBH of the bits i did see the last seven mins if Q3 are where it all happens. Should be a good race!!!
