Nice bit of kit, if you haven't already I'd seriously recommend fitting a couple of ground anchors and some decent chains.

Some more pics for you lads to have a look at.

I just have to do the boot now and thats all the fuel system done.

Finished the rad today and it looks good in the car.

and to mount the rad to the subframe this is what i have come up with.

also started the IC mock up .

Not a bad days work i would have got more done but i run out of light.

Right lads i have some questions i need answering as i have been searching but the more i search the more confused I get.

I have a boost controller like the one in the link. Am i right in thinking to plumb it in I need to T off from the hose between the turbo to the actuator and then run it through this to a bleed valve?

The boot control solenoid IS the bleed valve. Top image.

You only need one or the other. What are you using to control the valve?

I was chatting to nic about it at the RR day and he sent me an email with a link for that control valve, and said to give him a shout but as he has now gone AWOL i am a bit stuck.

He was saying i can have it on a switch, so when it's on it will be at whatever PSI the bleed valve is set to, but I can't remember what he said about blocking one of the outlets on the control valve.

Ahh. Well in that case you are just using it to control two boost levels, so it can be connected as you say. What you can actually do with these valves (and what I'm doing) is use the valve as a bleed; it's varied by different frequency signals from the ECU or boost control unit.

Basically, when it's off your boost will be whatever the actuator level is, then when you switch it, it will bleed to whatever your bleed valve is changing it to.
