Thanks, i have it, I just got back from a bbq and feel a bit light headed. I had mail from Morris Minor center in B'ham. They offer a conversion kit for the midget for 459,78 GBP +VAT and shipment to Holland for 18,00 GBP. So its about 100,00 GBP cheaper than the guys in bath.
i have requested a parts list and some more details. keep you posted.

but the flow is not constant. you are going from just an oil pressure gauge ( 0 flow) to an oil pressure gauge and a turbo from the same union. the turbo has an oil flow through it, therefore teh oil pressure ill drop, or alternatively (if the t-piece is badly drilled) the poil pressure as noted by the gauge will be les due to the pressure drop across the restriction.

Im sorry, if you are loosing oil pressure, the oil is going somewhere, and if its not leaking, its goign thro the turbo as it shoud .. something else is amiss.

Have u tried measureing the oil pressure after your inline filter?

The pressure is fine if its taken from the banjo screw. I have a good flow into the turbo, going to get a gauge to check the pressure there and I have very good pressure for the rest of the engine. But as ive said If I take the oil from the same point as you guys it drops to almost nothing as the oil is routing via the turbo rather than via the engine. Ill also be checking that filter which seemed to be holding up.

the turbo wil only take as much oil as it needs, regardles of where it is plumbed in. if plumbing the turbo in somewhere else "solves" the problem, then there was either no problem in the first place and your oil pump simply isnt man enough, o rthe turbo is now not getting the oil it needs. or(as i have suggested) witht he turbo and oil pressure gauge after a restriction the gauge would read low even if plenty of oil was going to the engine.
