No worries Rich,,, i`m no expert on them either,,, i actually bought one before i realised how big the dam bore was & had a shit when i measured it 79mm ,,, dam i`d have to make a few big arse fly cuts in the sides of the bores to make it work so i made up a plate to make it all clear

dam the chambers are all Valves mate,,, have you seen one"?

Thers virtually nothing to do to the chamber because there isn`t any meat to play with,,, it`s all just valves & very low level roof (very very slight concave)

It` still may not work yet,,, still having drams making it all line up without reducing the comp ratio etc

time will tell tho

I am confused by why you are going on like this? Sure, you feel the Sproxster is goading you - but I am seriously confused by what you've been typing that I too have been wondering if you've fallen off your trolley or been drinking more than an average Ozie.

I'm not going to take away your claim of having the first built 16v turbo. But if you really want to claim to have the first 'running' 16v turbo, then don't have a go at Morspeed for "building a 300hp" version...

End of the day, both were a stretch of the imagination / english language as yours wasn't running sufficiently to make boost? I (persoanlly) wouldn't claim anything from achieving this - and you apear happy to let Jim have the crown - JUST so long as everyone acknowledges you were 'really' first???

So by the same token - if Morspeed had put a GT35 on his engine and claimed 350hp, but not having actually got to 350hp yet, would you challenge him on that?

I know Jim couldn't really give a crap - and I know he partly took his inspiration for doing the 16v from the stuff you posted about this stuff - hell - I was telling him to do a 7-port right till he did the maths and realised how much Minisport wanted for an un-machined head, at which point he switched to 16v, made himself an ambitious target - and achieved that target.

I note your long winded answers to Sprox - complete with hard returns (thanks) but it is sttill confusing why you are so jumping on the defensive to this - infact being more on the offensive - instead of acknowledging what others offer, you seem to be trying to push your opinions and the 'originality' of your parts and ideas; ultimately - no-one really cares about the latter. Folks just want the best/cheapest (actually, they only seem to want the cheapest these days?)...

Here is my suggestion for everyone: Chill out... It doesn't matter who was first, but arguing about who was will help nothing. End of the day though, sprox, Jimbo don't make kits. Matt does. Keep this in mind when stuff is typed...
