O/T Who is a fatty?

Think i weigh about 13 stone and im 6ft 1", i have over the right weight for a 20 year old with that height but have always had a beer belly!

The only time i lost weight was working my arse of a couple of summers back pushing trolleys in sainsburys where i live! I also have a mate who eats shitloads and hes tall so can get away with it but hes so skinny, down to motabalism again i guess.

In all fairness though the way to go is cut the crap you eat, you dont have to eat like a rabbit but if you just cut the quantity it really helps and having the right meals stops you snacking! Im a student so basically live on shitty food and dust from the floor haha.

A good thing is though, if you like Chill Con Carne is to use some harcore actual chillis, if you eat regularly enough it can increase your motabolism by a massive 25% probably cos it makes you crap 25% faster! That and lots of water, plenty of hand sex should see you lighter i think!

think i might try the hot chilli idea! then i can eat 25% more and stay the same as i am now? lol only joking but not about the hot chilli thing!

Thanks to the advise of this forum and the thought of phils sister ive been working out over the past week:

Pfffff, still 14 stone 7 this week. I was down to 14 6 but a lb went on when I was bought a box of french fancies. Who can resist french fancies from a female?
