I suppose as long as your not planning on changing jobs, or getting yourself in anymore bother then the record isnt so bad. How long is it shown there for?

Whats happened with the lad?

Back once again like a renegade master

I dont know what is happening with the lad, I know he got dragged in the office the day after me, he will still be on the tools, just now with a different mentour. Some of the other lads I work with have tryed mentioning to bosses about the situation but suffered the same as I did with being ignored, it wasnt 'till myself and my senior cam back from working away that it was taken more seriously, the boss realised that there was a real prob with the boy, and not just the rest of us hating him and causing him trouble.
All in all not a bad result, not bothered about the warning staying on my record for a year, would rather it not be there as I didnt deserve it but ho hum! The whole thing would have been a lot less hassle free if the Md hadnt got involved but nout I can do about that now.
At least its one less thing to stress over, just leaves finising the minus, buying a house and .................... too much more!
