"Normal" shape carbon shells?! I'll start digging down the back of the sofa for that £3k.

Since you've posted the pics in "TurboMinis", I guess there's a turbo space in the bulkhead...?! Looks like there's a Weber airbox gap from the "behind" pic, is it deep enough to clear the turbo?

Anyway, I digress - looking forward to the diffuser pics.

OK this is a very shitty version as the supplier has gone on hol so he rushed this one out in order to meet the growing demand for pics.

This one is made from FB but hasnt been painted (just gel coated) and hasnt got a consistant thickness, plus it was pulled out of the mould way too early so i set a tad warped.

But just to wet your appetites.

We should have a version to sell next month.




Ps Remember my car is tremendously low, the exhaust catces as i drive over the lip of my garage door.

Will it need to be cut if running a center exhaust?

Yes, the thing comes as a whole, you bolt the diffuser up offer the exhuast upto the diffuser and cut around it, simple really.

Any chance of a picture off it off the car? also is there enough clearance to mount the exhaust above the diffuser coming out of the rear valance?

Ill get some pics of it off car soon. Also the top of the diffuser sits flush with the bottom of the subframe, so if you have no subframe i cant see why not.

im going to be making my exhaust side exit so it should be fine, im looking forward to seeing the production versions!

the lamme mini does as standard, pain in the arse.

ill have one when you start makeing them in carbon.

Right then chaps and chapesses! The supplier has now returned from his Hols so the diffusers can be put into production.

These are pics of the test model that i chopped up to fit my motor. As you can see all i did was fit the Diffuser to the car and draw around the exhaust, then cut to shape. Simple really.

When the part comes from the mould there is no hole in the middle so you can use without an exhaust.

Can you do them to cover the whole rear subframe?

how much do they weigh? just out of interest?

How wide and long is it overall?

Dimentions are 27" Wide and 46" Long.

The length can be cut down to suit your need (obviously) And Gav not there is no overhang, when pushed up there is about a 1/2" Gap at the sides.

And Stef ill weigh it tomoz mate
