we must have gone to different thermodynamics classes I think,- and you are right the increasing curve radius will drop its efficiency - as does the short "rise" length - but you can't do much to that. I think you are under estimating its prowess - its worth at least 0.5sec from the quarter!! If Carling made Mini engines
