Well im not good to go, as it's 8mm from the outer diameter.
So they have gave me 6mm then ? could someone please check there return pipe and see what the outer diameter is please..
the wall of the copper is about 1m would you say ?.
I think they messure 8mm as the whole diameter of the pipe ?

oooo my bad thought you said you had it on the inside.

i would have thought if you told them that you need 8mm Internal Diameter pipe they should be able get it for you.

im not sure of the wall thickness.

No my bad mate lol i just edited it.
I just would of thought 8mm would of meant inside diameter off the pipe.
So i guess thats how they messure there piping, as the overule size ? not sure. i best take it back :(
I'll go back and say u gave me a 6mm pipe, and he say, no no no it's a 8mm pipe lol.... then say, we dont do a 8m inside diameter lol knowing my luck.

Took it back.
And ask for the inside diameter to be 8mm
So he said, well why didn't you ask lol errr to early for him i think. so for a 8mm inside diameter, you need 10mm copper pipe. zzzzzzz i know lol
so some who brought 8mm copper pipe, thinking it's 8mm inside *hehe!* will have a 6mm inside diameter *evil* anyway, just thought i'd let you know as i didn't. sorry to go on.:) sorted.

Need some of you great minded people to help me out :( confussed.com.
I've renewed my return pipe. checked the pressure. and it's gone well off the scale *crying* not sure whats going on here now. un done the screw on the regulator. then few turns in. so im doing all that right.

what else could i try. it's a new regulator from minispares. something isn't right.

P.s. it wouldn't be anything to do with the fuel pump, or the pipe going from the fuel pipe the the regulator would it ?

I havn't changed the rubber hose return going from the petrol tank to the new copper pipe. hmmm think im going to take the tank out. plus ill try that test again, long hose from the return on the regulator to the petrol tank. this is such a pain :(

Double post sorry..
Found the problem.:)
where the return rubber hose pipe that goes from the petrol tank to the end of the copper return pipe, well that is fcked. so i put some new rubber hose on, and bobs ya uncle fannys ya aunt :) pressure was fine.
sorry about the rude word nicky *Punch* wished i checked that at first.
Oh well, You live and learn :)
