Here's a scenario for you,

as stated above if a misfire occurs due to a plug of lead going down the wide band will read lean as the o2 is not being used by combustion,

But, say for example an exhaust valve tightens in its guide, assuming that the cylinder will at least get partialy filled due to boost pressure and the plug wil ignite the mix will the WB read somthing near correct, or possibly rich?
