cant you get an engineers report saying the C/R of the engine and get him to say this was un suitable for forced induction then take it with you to the builder and demand new engine or parts or something??

tbh, the overboost completely killed it off, i've decided that its not really worth assembling together with that kind of damage so its going to minisport for a rebore to +40 thou, also going to get new cam bearings in as they seem marked up, and big end bearings, mains are ok, so is the oil pump.
