Don't get me wrong- MED will do as you need, I used them in the past. But Carl will do a lovely job of any crank and rods, plus he is also a damn sight closer than Leicester.

Looking good that is..... forgot how pretty that turbo lump of mine was, built by Mr Benross... I am in the garage tonight with mine some final cleaning before new pannels go back on.

class...... at least that block has had all the BENROSS ™ refinements doneto it, even the water jacket had been ported for better flow......

Aye the block appears to be a good starter block. It will be getting offset bored to 73.5mm and possibly some new cam bearings if required. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

good call on the cam bearings they were deemed to be ok so were not replaced during the build however as you are going into the 200bhp realm you want everything to be perfecto.... did you retain the ARP rod bolts or did they go into the van ?

Went upto Mr Austins yesterday to pick up my block, crank and rods after some fettling.
