Unfortunatley this year he is riding in support of Cav.

That is one brilliant picture!

I'm planning on going next year, on a motorbike. This year smells of diapers.

HaHa, maybe, but I did the same again this afternoon and he finished upright :) Besides, he usually falls off at some point during a grand tour.

Anyway, back home now. Off again to Chartres for the Time Trial in a couple of weeks.

Yes, shame Dowsett is not riding.

Although I thought that he said that he was ill with breathing problems and effectively withdrew himself?

that may be the case, I know he was ill on the TT's that he took 3rd on, I presume this ended up as a chest infection, and either he has pulled out or movistar have pulled him, which is fair enough either way.

We're camping at Harewood House, watching the Royals drop the flag on Saturday, then riding out to the route near Harrogate later on. Riding out again on Sunday.

Getting unreasonably excited.

King Gaycharger, butt plug dealer, Sheldon Cooper and a BAC but generally a niceish fella if you dont mind a northerner

Rotherham, South Yorkshire

We're probably less than 2 miles from the finish. I reckon parking will be a nightmare.

You're far more organised than me, although I have to squeeze in getting to Silverstone for the F1 qualifying.

I'll be somewhere on the A59.

I would advise walking *happy*

Sunday's stage will probably be decided on Jenkin Rd, Sheffield. That's where I would be heading, along with several other hundred thousand people.
