Alex, I think it's deffinately worth the RISK of building a DIY ignition system. I mean you take a risk getting up in the morning, crossing the road or sticking your face in a fan....

With the standard dizzy you just can't get the range of ignition advance needed for good power through the rev range.

As the megasquirts I (well my bro) has put together have cost no more than ?120 each, it's less than an Aldon dizzy an a magnetronic thingy.

damn that squirt site is complicated, parts listings splashed all over the bloody place. one thing i do like abou the squirt is the option to plug in a dash mounted VFD display, pure bling! :)

well, just ordered a megasquirt with a stimulator and VFD display *happy* All the EDIS stuff is on its way too, will be all together after xmas *happy**happy**happy*

could someone do a step by step guide to fitting a megajolt? im semi understanding this, but not fully, i think im trying to make it more complicated than it actually is.
