Progress has been a little slow, but got a couple of panels in and making a start on them.

got it all nicely lined up, went to tack it into place and typically the fecking disposible bottle had leaked. BOC are getting a new customer this week.

nic, your not the only one, fortunately the new mig doesnt leak much so if i forget, a day or two later its not leaked too much

are you using the little disposable bottles or the big uns?

if its the big'uns. theres no need for ptfe as the thread just seats the taper inside :)

well over due update.
progress has been slow mainly because im just taking my time not in any hurry.

After making the greatest ever purchase of a BOC gas cylinder ive been welding mad !!!!
the inner wing/door hinge pillar, heel board subframe mount and inner sill/floor section are now welded in.
hope to have the outer sill on soon.

Hey guys, still taking it slow and steady spending a couple of hours here and there on the it.
ive got the corner in which the axle stand went through all welded up not. made up some new brackets to replace the ones between the inner and otuer sills. wont be using the sill jacking point so did away with that.
All the welds have now been sealed i hope to have the outer sill on this week, then i can start on the boot floor (yet more cutting).
