Well I'm not sure, I'm have not looked it yet.

But it seem that one bearing is broken inside the charger.

Nice design Jani.

Why the water I/C is after the air I/C ? Would not the water I/C heat again air ?

You have a 285 cam, right ? What RPM idle is running on ? How rough is idle ? Do you have emission constrains (CO, HC level) ?

Water cooled I/C remove heat better than air. So thats why it is second cooler. It is tested and it helps a lot to make lower intake temperatures.
So, no it's not heat air again.

I was having 285 cam there....
Now there in is my own desing cam.....

Idle RMP is in 1350 - 1450 area.
Yes it is rough.. *oh well*
