Hmm, I think in his billet throttle body post he said they'd tried a plenum on the silver car but couldn't get it to work properly.

the pics of the black plenum are of the demo engine in the silver car - as far as I can tell ITB's with these engines are the way forward for n/a K motors mild or wild!

If Carling made Mini engines

I bet my first wank came quicker than your first mini turbo

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

That's well fubar'd that.

Don't worry, it'll polish out.

Presume a hot spot lead to molten metal. What do the exhaust valves look like Sprox ?

Richard.

Minivanless, but reluctantly happy living with the decision. There'll be another one day.

tilt the throtle body more towards no1 colin?

Towards No1? with the plenum in which orientation, throttle at No1 or No4? Trevor is looking for more runner between throttle and plenum. I need to get this on the car to see what room I have.

i never even saw this back in january ,too much time in vancouver gen hospital!

i meant tilt it further forward towards the grill.at the mo its likely to follow the outer wall and prioritize no 4 ,the more you can swing it forward the greater flow 1 ,2 ,and 3 get .

Medusa + injection = too much torque for the dyno ..https://youtu.be/qg5o0_tJxYM
