As for cost big sheet of alley was about £30 but That was enough to do it about 3 times over. |

I use the carbord cut outs to make the aluminium but just cut it 5mm over all round. Then it was a case of fit it cut it fit it till it was right. The top curve i used the top rail to mark it out but turned out a bit to tight so same prosess fit and refit. The aluminium is 1.2 thick. im using counter sunk aluminium rivits the and the covering with black alcentara |

maybe not a super high shine just a light polish with a dap of autosol then lacker it over? |

finished fitting the dash now all sealed up and painted. Mocked up all the gauges and cut out, just need to trim now.
