Any chance you can get some K head flanges made up? Not after any at the moment, but if your planning another batch I may well take a set.

If you can provide an outline in AutoCAD, I can get a quote.

I have some at the laser profilers as we speak. They are individuals, 8mm mild steel with a 39mm hole in the center. Might have two spare sets.

The second batch are on their way.

Bosroamer
Wolfie
Speedysaab
jpboost

Boroamer's left on Friday and the rest are being collected by MyHermes tomorrow.

I have interest shown from a few others and am holding plenty of stock - enough for about 7 manifolds !!!!

I collected the K head exhaust flanges today. There are two spare sets. in 8mm mild steel

I also collected the manifold stubs. They are made from 304 stainless, the bore is the same as a standard exhaust port, and there is a recess for 38mm tube or 1 1/2" in old money. The idea behind these is to ensure a square fit in the port

They are designed to fit close to the head, and they can be shortened another 3 to 5mm if desired, without any modification to the head or the flanges

I can do a kit of these for 80 pounds plus postage, or, stubs 17.50 each, and flanges 2.50 each, plus postage.

Stubs would me made to order, but the two sets of flanges are in my posession.

Sorry Paul, not trying to hijack the thread.

Everyone who has paid should now have their flanges. If not, please let me know.

I shall be out of the country for a while over the next couple of weeks, so I will not be able to resolve any issues or send out any more flanges until mid April.
