If the head's in good condition you don't need to do anything to it really. If the valves or guides are worn they can be replaced as with any head.
If you're looking for more power then a modified head can be fitted.
It depends if your doing a basic overhaulled engine or looking for more power.

was going to build as standard but while its in bits i thought i might aswell do abit to it jus to make it a bit better and powerfull
