I took over £200 because I needed a turbo carb and montego plenum. Found them but they were way overpriced so I thought fuck it. Now I'm struggling to find a montego plenum anywhere On 2nd Nov, 2010 wil_h said:

i went only picked up the classics like wipers and screen rubbers. bar the turbo i got from kean(t2clubby)

The Montego one has the inlet coming off straight where as the metro has it coming off underneath, coming off straight would make things so much easier in terms of fitting everything in and keeping it tidy. I'm really not confident enough to cut into it and re-weld it myself and I don't imagine Pete would want to either (I don't trust him to not balls it up) and the bloke at Bingley wanted £75 for a Metro one that had the straight inlet and he'd painted. I'm not paying £75 for one.

i went, was my first time and i got bored after an hour or so. i forgot to draw out some cash and only had £1 and diddnt have breakfast. i was parked right at the front of the gates, so i asked one of the guys if i went out to get money could i come back in, he said yes. so i nipped out to get some money came back and someone else was on the door and wouldnt let me in! he told me it was full... i pointed to my spot and he still refused. that really pissed me off. anyway i ended up having to park over the road right at the back. |
