Vegard, have not noticed any problems with the system, nor have I noticed any tempreture changes. The line is so long that it will cool down if the temp should even rise in the first place.

Jukka,

This tee-piece fuel line sounds like it has been well proven to me - you've done a lot of miles on it haven't you?

i know when jukka told me about it he'd done a fair few K with it like that. i've done about 3k and its been absolutely fine, using 8mm microbore there and back with 8mm rubber as connectors.

Approaching 50000 kms. My mate Viku has done even more with his or (wife´s) std turbo, he had the return to the tank and the pump would start acting once the fuel level went below 1/4 level. The engine started hesitating and pump starved. Stop the engine, wait for a couple of minutes and it would run again for some time. He copied my t-piece setup and no problems ever since. But I already told about it in the earlier comment. I think he´s done closer to 100000 kms with the car, with one engine rebuild. First 60-70000 kms with Marina low comp pistons... after all it is a Marina engine !

Looks like the way to go for the future then!

Anyone see a hole in the market for a custom 'tee-piece adaptor' - 1/4" at one end (standard tank outlet), 10mm at the other (pump inlet) and 8mm (return)???

These would surely sell for a nice sum on ebay - as they make everything so much easier!!!
