Dragged the blobule out this morning (not been run since early June) fixed a leak on the bleed valve pipework (again !) and then did all the usual checks before road testing.

Couple of practice standing starts and set the boost at 18psi, although I dont intend to strip put all the heavy stuff I usually carry, so I dont expect to better last years times.

Why is it that I get far more grip to launch on normal tarmac than I ever do on the strip ? I thought their surface was supposed to be super grippy

Could be down to tecnique i know when im on road i can launch well but as soon am im on track and light flicks green i forget everything and nail it

had to take my name off the list as the minis ill n has no brakes or clutch at the mo. might still pop up sunday if sunny.....but im not holding my breath.
