yeah, so long as the hole hasn't hit any oilways surely it could be sleved and re used?

Cost would be the only issue, it might cheaper to just get another block rebored.

I know its no help but how did you manage that!? We did it with a hand drill on a rocky table and got it straight.

looks like I am now shopping for a new block if you have anything up for grabs please let me know.

also think I am going to take the opportunity to upgrade it slightly thinking piston squirter and maybe dry deck. lot of holes I can fuck up! at the risk of being sig'ed
